Rent-Accom.Com - Terms and Conditions

1. This site is to be used only as an advertisement to enable users to promote their holiday properties. Only genuine property owners can qualify to use this site.

2. Rent-Accom.com has no financial or legal interest in any properties advertised on this site. Therefore, cannot be held liable for any problems or defects with the designated properties or any facilities. The advertiser/property owners are directly responsible for any failings (if any) and complaints should be directed at them alone.

3. Rent-Accom.com cannot be responsible for any problems or defects with either accommodation or facilities at any designated property. Any grievances should be directed at the property owners who have sole care and control of the property in question.

4. Only property owners can apply to advertise on this site and upon payment agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained therein.

5. Registration fees are paid when due and at the current date thereof. The fee is regardless of the amount of weeks advertised

6. Any monies paid to Rent-Accom.com will be non refundable.

7. The £10.00 registration fee is paid annually.

8. Your holiday property must be available for occupation when advertising on this site. In the event of a confirmed booking the advertiser/property owner must remove this property/week from the site.

9. We charge £10.00 per week to advertise only holiday properties and these adverts will stay on for 12 months.

10. In the event of a confirmed booking it is the responsibility of the advertiser/property owner to erase that week from the website.

11. This site cannot be used to handle any administrative confirmation of bookings at any properties. The advertiser/property owner must complete this.

12. Rent-Accom.com will not take payment for any accommodation. Only the advertiser/property owner can accept payment for bookings made and is solely responsible to the buyer in all aspects of completion of the booking.

13. Advertisers wishing to place more than 5 weeks are advised to look at Corporate Membership this will save you money.

14. Any private information we receive from you will be treated in confidence and not sold or passed on in any way.

15. In no event will Rent-Accom.com be liable for any damages directly or indirectly and users of any property are asked to adhere to any rules and regulations and are responsible for any personal charges i.e. telephone, electricity, food. Loss or theft to personal property left in the holiday accommodation is the users responsibility entirely.

16. Any fees in these conditions may be subject to any taxes, which may be incurred and may be amended without notice.
